1. Check your destination and accommodation <\/p>
Are dogs allowed? Make sure that dogs are expressly permitted in your accommodation. <\/p>
Climate & surroundings: Is the climate suitable for your dog? Are there opportunities for exercise? <\/p>
2. Health & documents <\/p>
Vaccination certificate & microchip: An EU pet passport with a valid rabies vaccination is mandatory when travelling abroad. <\/p>
Tick protection & worming: Especially important when travelling south (Mediterranean diseases!). <\/p>
